Documents required :

1- Declaration and undertaking to abide by land allocation conditions
2- Basic data of project (technical and economic).
3- Statement of consumed energy.
4- Project timetable
5- A sketch indicating the project's land uses. 6- Legal entity of company.

Executive Measures:
|
|
1- Submitting land reservation application to the one-stop window at IDA's headquarters or regional offices.
2- Receiving and reviewing the documents attached to reservation application to ensure that they are complete.
3- Payment of standard costs (LE1, 100) upon application submission..
4- Studying the request and housing potential according to land availability in respect of area and activity in the industrial zone
5- Examining the application technically and economically before presenting it to the land allocation committee.
6- After getting the allocation committee's approval, the investor will be requested to provide the project solvency statement (equivalent to 5% of the total estimated cost of project) as a guarantee to ensure seriousness and it will be released once the project foundations are completely laid. 7- After solvency statement provision, the land allocation letter will be issued and sent to the investor. Another letter will be addressed to the city bureau and the land will be handed over by the city bureau accordingly, in compliance with the relevant real estate regulations

1st: Main Documents:
|

1- Copy of transferor's ID and transferee's ID (original for sight)
2- Copy of a new or officially authenticated proxy from the land registry office, till the last three months for transferor and transferee (original for sight).
3- Copy of the company contract / commercial register of transferor and transferee.

2nd: Supplementary Documents:
|
|
1- Copy of allocation notification
2- Copy of land take-over report
3- Copy of building licenses (original for sight)
4- Copy of allocation cancellation letter
|
Executive Measures:
|
|
1- Application submission to the investor services department.
2- Studying the application and addressing city bureaus for real estate inquiry and the land's executive situation
3- After receiving inquiries from the city bureau, inspection forms are to be prepared for review and taking final decision by the land allocation committee.
4- In case of approval, the investor will be notified about the approval conditions to be fulfilled.
5- The conditions are to be met and the approval notification is to be issued for both investor and city bureau.
