- present Unconditioned renewed bank Letter of Grantee (valid for one year), accounts for 5% of investment costs of project , to IDA , before receiving allocation letter . letter of Grantee is provided after completing establishing project foundations.
- settle down payment during 2 weeks ( as per date of obtaining allocation letter) and to complete all necessary documents .
- obtaining land during 2 weeks ( as per date of settling down payment )
- provide establishment licenses documents to authorized administrative entities during 3 months ( as per date of obtaining land) and to notify IDA
- start establishments during 12 months ( as per date of obtaining land)
- not to sell land , before establishing and operating project land is allocated for, settling costs and fees and obtaining a written approval on allocation (provided by IDA).
- abide by laws of environment and industrial sewage and safety.
- not to change activity land is allocated for and /or practice activities that may have serious effect on health or environment.
- admit that our address laid down in the form is our legal address and we shall not have the right to protest.
- admit that we shall not work in governmental or public sector or prosecution boards.
If we shall not abide by terms mentioned above , IDA shall have the right to make allocation null and avoid ( without notifying , alerting or decreeing a law) .
signature on admission and commitment herein refers to acceptance on terms referred to and I shall not have the right to call for expenditures . IDA shall have the authority to call for compensation.
