Due to the approbation of the businessmen and investors of the industrial developer program which is considered a criterion of the serious cooperation between the government and the private sector, the Ministry of Trade and Industry seeks to develop the industrial parks to enhance the industrial investment climate. The idea of the "industrial developer" is one of the State's ideas in the field of local industry. The industrial developer depends on allocating the whole zone to the specialized companies in order to set its infrastructure .
