The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) declared the 3rd stage of the offer of establishing 210 projects on a total area of half million m2 in the following cities:
- 16 land plots in the 10th of Ramadan on an area of 96800m2 for industrial activity, 111 plots on an area of 169165 m2 for warehouses.
- 11 land plots for New Nubaria on an area of 15061m2 for industrial activity, 3 plots on an area of 169165 for warehouses.
- 23 land plots in Badr City on an area of 95230m2 for industrial activity.
- 19 land plots in 15th of May City on an area of 38028 m2 for industrial activity.
- 18 land plots in the 6th of October on an area of 74338m2 for industrial activity.
Reservation applications will be available in the main headquarters of IDA (6St. Khalil Agha – Garden City) starting from Sunday 4-10-2009 while the reservation applications will be submitted starting from Thursday 15-10-2009 till Thursday 29-10-2009. The priority for allocation will be for the existing or current activities in the city, applicant submitted for, and according to the stipulations declared in IDA or its branches besides the new cities bureaus, the investors associations, the Federation for Egyptian Industries (FEI) and those mentioned in the reservation application. Any applications submitted before the determined date will not be taken into consideration.
