Services provided by General Industrial Development Authority (IDA).

Ninth : In the field of determining annual needs of hydrogen peroxide

1^st: Industrial Companies:

1. A copy of the company's industrial register and the original for sight.

2. A declaration stating the actual capacity and hydrogen peroxide consumption & submitting a certificate authenticated by the company's chartered accountant, according to the budget of the previous year, stating the actual capacity and endorsed by the bank.

3. Settlement of standard costs (LE100).

2^nd: Trading Companies:

1. Original of the supply order from an industrial company registered at IDA & presenting a copy of the valid industrial register.

2. Original of the commercial register for sight (copy to be filed).

3. A declaration from the demanding industrial company to deduct the requested quantity from its annual balance of the chemical specified in the industrial registry form, provided that the letter is accredited by the bank.

4. An acknowledgement from the industrial company, stating the actual capacity and hydrogen peroxide consumption & presenting a certificate authenticated by the company's chartered accountant, according to the budget of the previous year, stating the actual capacity and endorsed by the bank.

5. Settlement of standard costs (LE100).

Executive Measures:

1. The industrial / trading company applying for the service is to submit a request to IDA for obtaining a letter addressed to the Deputy Minister of the Interior & Director of Public Security Department with all requested documents.

2. IDA chairman's secretariat is to receive, date and stamp applications before referring them to the central Department for technical affairs .

3. The competent technical department is to examine and review the data of the company's industrial register in respect of the hydrogen peroxide quantities, included with the data of the chemicals required for production, and calculating the requested quantity of hydrogen peroxide.

4. After completion of study, the investor is to settle standard costs.

5. A letter, addressed to the Deputy Interior Minister and approved by IDA chairman, is to be stamped and mailed to the Public Security Department.

6. A photocopy of the letter is to be handed to the company representative, and if the company wants the letter to be sent by express mail an amount of LE50 is to be paid at IDA's treasury.
