Submitting an application in the name of IDA chairman for issuing a letter addressed to Traffic Department, indicating the product for which the traffic license is required.

A copy of the industrial registry certificate, indicating the product for which the traffic licensing letter is demanded (valid original for sight).

Full technical specifications of the means of transport, for which the traffic licensing letter is requested.
