Due to the rapid demand of investors and their trust in the Egyptian economy ability to overcome the world financial crisis, Minister of Trade and Industry announced the offering of 789.000 m2 industrial lands for establishing new medium scale industrial projects in 5 cities including Al Obour, Kafr Al Dawar, Badr Industrial City, Salhya, and 6th of October
The Ministr confirmed that these new projects are estimated at 228 medium scale industrial projects with LE1.6 billion investments and provide more than 22.546 job opportunities. IDA will start to grant the forms of allocating industrial lands to investors starting from Sunday 24th of May on condition that it will receive the reservation applications starting from the 7th of next June and for about a month..
IDA Chairman indicated that these lands include 65.084 m2 in Al Obour, 243.145 m2 in the field of weaving & spinning and clothes at Kafr Al Dawar, 57.247 m2 in Badr City, and 324.233 m2 in the 10th of October City.
