Third : In the field of approval of establishing or modifying industrial projects and registration in the industrial registry

1. Approval of establishing an industrial project inside governorates outside accredited industrial zones (adjustment of an industrial project 's conditions outside industrial zones).

2.  Approval of data modification (adding an activity - production diversification - driving force enhancement) of an industrial project outside industrial zones in governorates (adjustment of an industrial project's conditions).

3.  Final approval of establishing industrial projects in the new industrial communities & cities and industrial zones of governorates.

4. Approval of modifying an industrial project in the new industrial communities & cities and industrial zones of governorates

 5- Obtaining the establishment's registration certificate (valid for 5 years) in the industrial registry in case of permanent operating license.

6.  Obtaining an establishment's temporary registration certificate (valid for 6 months) in the industrial registry and renewing it

7. Obtaining an operating license and a temporary industrial register valid for one year from new cities' bureaus.

8. Modification of the establishment's registration data in the industrial registry and obtaining a modified certificate. .

9.  Renewal of the establishment‘s registration in the industrial registry and getting registration certificate (after 5-year validity expiry of the previous certificate).

10. Obtaining a replica / duplicate of certificate or data certificate of industrial registry.
