1- Filling out the application form (No.16) for an industrial project establishment.
2- Copy of the notarized company contract (if applicant is a company) if available or in case of establishing the company (original for sight).
3- Copy of the land hand-over report (original to be reviewed).
4- Payment of the approval standard costs according to area, calculated at 65% of the total area for new cities and industrial zones in governorates.

Executive Measures:

1- Filling out the application form (No.16) for obtaining final approval to submit it to the one-stop window at IDA with the requested documents.
2- The investor's file will be referred to the general department for investment to be studied and revised. 3- Standard costs will be paid according to the project's area.
4- After settlement of standard costs, IDA will issue final approval and hand it over to the investor. |
