1- Filling out the application form (2 copies) for obtaining an operating license and an industrial register in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 350/2005 (after reviewing originals of documents by the city bureau). One of the two copies of the form is to be kept in the operation file and the other copy will be sent to IDA with a notice of inspection request.
2-Copies of (allocation – land takeover report – building license) notifications.
3- A report from the building licensing department that there are no building violations to be removed
4- 3 copies of the building layouts and horizontal projections, indicating production lines and machinery places approved by a registered engineer. 5- Company contract, companies' transcript, investment transcript or official journal in case of joint stock or limited liability companies.
6- Copies of (commercial register – tax card – ID).
7- An evidence to prove registration in the social insurance authority for the establishment labor.
8- Membership certificate of establishment in the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
9- Submitting a certificate of a registered consulting engineer or a government authority, stating that what was executed allows safe operation of establishment against fire and industrial safety risks.
10 - IDA's final approval of project
11- IDA's approval of issuing a provisional industrial register after receiving a notification from the authority mentioned in paragraph (B) of Article (4) about the procedures related to obtaining the operating license and provisional industrial register mentioned below. (a notification will be sent to the city bureau within 2 days of providing all requested documents and technical qualification). |
