Services provided by the Industrial Development Authority (IDA).

Third : In the field of approval of establishing or modifying industrial projects and registration in the industrial registry

Documents required :

1- Filling out modification form No. 3 (available free of charge).
2- Copy of IDA's approval of modification
3- Original of the industrial registry certificate issued by IDA before modification (valid).
4- The operating license issued by local administrations, districts or new cities' bureaus including modification.
5- Registration certificate in the commercial registry including modification.

6- Copy of technical assistance contract in case of adding new products (in case of products necessitating specifications)

7- Certificate of standard specifications applied to added or new products (in case of products necessitating specifications).

8- Special approvals (for industries requiring special approvals

Executive Measures:

1- Filling out the application form (No. 7) for modification in the industrial registry and submitting it to IDA's one-stop window. .
2- Standard costs are to be settled.

3- The application is to be referred to the industrial registry department for review before referring the file for technical qualification, in case of requesting production expansion or adding a new product.
4- IDA's technical department will inspect and qualify the establishment before sending technical opinion to the industrial registry department.

5- After technical qualification of establishment, the industrial registry department will issue modification certificate.

6- In case of modifying (trade mark – trade name – legal entity – name of establishment owner) the above-mentioned documents (2,3,4,5 and 7) are to be attached, and it doesn't necessitate technical inspection.

7- Standard costs of modification are to be paid.
