Services provided by the Industrial Development Authority (IDA).

Third : In the field of approval of establishing or modifying industrial projects and registration in the industrial registry

Documents required :

1- Filling out renewal application form (No. 1 & No. 3) (available free of charge).
2- Original of the expired registration certificate (issued 5 years ago).
3- Operating license issued by local administrations, districts or new cities' councils (permanent).
4- Renewed commercial registry certificate
5- Labor's insurance certificate

6- Company contract, companies’ transcript, investment transcript or Official Journal in case of joint stock or limited liability companies.

7- The establishment's membership certificate in the Federation of Egyptian Industries.

8- Certificate of product's conformity with the production standard specifications (in case of products necessitating specifications).

Executive Measures:

1- Filling out the application form (No. 7) for registration in the industrial registry and submitting it to IDA's one-stop window.
2- Standard costs are to be paid.

3- Referring the application to the general department for industrial registry to be reviewed before referring the form for technical qualification.
4- IDA's technical department is to inspect and qualify the establishment before sending technical opinion to the general department for industrial registry.

5- After technical qualification of establishment, the general department for industrial registry is to issue certificate of registration renewal in the industrial registry.
