Documents required :

• Lodging a complaint indicating in detail the type of problem required to be solved, whether from industrial establishments directly or from the Federation of Egyptian Industries, and the chamber / associations of investors or any other damaged person (investor).

Executive Measures:

• The problem is classified into :

- Financial (customs / taxes / insurance / financial institutions /….).

- Infrastructure (lands / electricity / gas / water / communications /….).

- Legal and legislative.

- Procedural and technical (licenses / raw materials / marketing /….).

• Field visit to problem site if necessary.

• A joint meeting is to be held between complaint lodger and representatives of competent government authorities & agencies and other related authorities to find the best solutions that suit all parties.

• Solutions are to be executed and the chamber is to follow up execution.
